Botswana Diamonds likely to be listed on London's AIM

Reports further state that the listing is part of the takeover agreement under which Lucara Diamond acquired complete control of Botswana’s AK6 mine, and Botswana Diamonds came into being to own AFD’s remaining assets. AFD is expected to close down in early January and its shareholders would gain a 26.57 stake in Lucara. The AFD shares are expected to be suspended on December 17 and final cancellation is expected few days later.
